Gluten-free, Vegan: Roasted vegetables with Tuscan bean dip in a gluten- free wrap with kale cabbage salad and quinoa cranberry salad. Both salads have apple cider vinaigrette on the side. Dessert: Coconut chocolate chip oatmeal cookie (vegan).

Beverages and snacks will also be served. Mostly organic ingredients.
